Title: Roseville Tea Sandwiches

1/4cMayonnaise
1tbMinced green onion
1tbEach chopped fresh dill and capers
1 1/2tsPrepared horseradish
  Pinch pepper
8 Slices whole wheat bread
1 1/2tsButter, softened
4 Slices smoke salmon
12 Thin slices cucumber

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion, dill, capers, horseradish and pepper. Trim crusts from bread; spread with butter, then mayonnaise mixture.
